At Smart Tech Limited our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Patience pays off for the planet: Where possible we bundle deliveries to help reduce our carbon footprint. Delaying deliveries arrival means fewer trucks are on the road, and cuts down on the number of trucks that aren’t fully packed with deliveries. Research suggests it could help decrease carbon dioxide emissions by about 30% in the last mile of a delivery.

The time frame for the order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and post office then process the orders, which take an additional 1–3 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 4 - 7 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. International delivery usually takes about 15–20 business days. 

US orders are shipped by USPS and E-packet, which are a US Postal Service services.

I received damaged / defective products. What should I do?
We take absolute care in checking and packing the products to ensure they are in perfect condition before shipping it to you. However, we understand that items may be damaged during transit and will work with you to find a best solution. Please email support@smarttechlimited.com with your concerns within 7 days of delivery.
